These are the transactions that achieved financial closing and are successfully in operation. In addition to these Projects, TES also worked on creating a development pipeline of Projects, many of them have potential of closing. Notable among them is creating a pipeline of Wind Energy Projects totaling over 500 MW in Africa and Central America. In addition to the specific countries listed below, TES pipeline included the following countries: Canada, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Panama, Nicaragua, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Cameroon, Nigeria, Senegal, Congo Brazzaville, Benin, Togo, South Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, Korea, Laos, Oman and Kuwait.

Acquisitions of existing operating Assets (many required renovations post acquisition)

  • Acquisition of Power Company in California that specialized in renewable and waste fuels
  • Acquisition of a Power Company in New York that developed and operated several small Power Projects (hydroelectric, wood waste, waste to energy, and landfill gases to generate power).
  • Acquisition and renovation of a 68 MW operating Power Project (using HFO) in the Philippines
  • Acquisition of power generation facilities that supplied captive power to a large copper mine in the Philippines. Renovated and converted these facilities to conventional IPP Projects supplying power to the grid.
  • Acquisition of 70MW hydro project in Philippines
  • Acquisition of 1300 MW of Hydroelectric Projects in Argentina
  • Acquisition of a 400 MW Coal Project in Argentina and renovating it subsequently
  • Acquisition of 4 coal firedoperating cogeneration plants that supplied power and process steam to the Export Processing Zone in China
